Maurice Hamilton is the Chief Revenue Officer/ General Sales Manager at Thompson Rose Agency, where he leads revenue strategy,  With more than 30 years of experience in sales, advertising, and marketing, he specializes in launching new revenue streams and turning vision into actionable frameworks.

Maurice drives TRA's business development, partnerships, and client relationships. His ability to translate creative vision into revenue-generating opportunities makes him the connective tissue between TRA's culture and its commerce.

Isis M. Jones is a media executive, voice over artist, host, and strategic marketing leader known for culturally grounded storytelling and community-centered influence. A respected radio veteran with a 35-year broadcasting career, she blends media presence with executive leadership.

The strategic marketing force behind TRA's client campaigns and brand growth. Isis brings an analytical and creative eye to every campaign, ensuring messaging resonates and results are measurable.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Raised in a household where music was a way of life, Khiro Kano was immersed in creativity from the start — both parents embedded in the industry, shaping his ear before he ever touched a board. In 2014, a gift from his mother changed everything: his first music setup. He opened the doors to school friends, and a creative space was born.

He spent his early years building from behind the scenes as a producer and engineer, quietly mastering the craft.
